Bonete Costa

Discover the rare character of Bonete Costa, a small-batch spirit crafted on the North Coast of Jalisco. Part of the Espíritus de Jalisco project, this expression celebrates the lesser-known traditions of the region, showcasing the depth and diversity of Jalisco beyond tequila.

Made from Rhodacantha Angustifolia, this spirit was crafted to life by Maestro Joaquín Solís in the coastal village of El Tuito. Every step— from hand-milling with an axe to double distillation in a hollowed bonete tree trunk— preserves ancestral techniques that give this spirit its singular character.
