Way Up Here — Fruit pet-nat made of Swedish apples, pears and semi-carbonic macerated cherries from around Stockholm.
Fresh, dry, complex and easy to like. On the nose, a touch of bitter-sweet cherries and red apples. On the palate, dry, crisp and with a slight bitterness from the cherries to round off the acidity. The cherries for this cuvée was picked by a Syrian family as an extra gig during covid in the suburbs of Stockholm. They went to new heights to get the very best cherries at the top of the tree. Way up here.
