The Macallan, single highland malt Scotch whisky. Exclusively matured in selected sherry oak casks from Jarez. Macallan 12yo 40% is very old whisky.
The Macallan, renowned since 1824, produces exceptional single malt whisky. Their distillery, designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners, features five grass-covered domes mirroring the landscape. Producing 15 million liters, they craft core styles like Sherry Oak (12-30 years old), Triple Cask, and Double Cask (aged in American and European oak sherry casks). Macallan Estate uses on-site barley. The Macallan 12yo 40% 700 ml represents one of those whiskies.
