Not Today Satan — Fruit pet-Nat made of Swedish apples from around Stockholm and semi-carbonic macerated black currant.
On the nose, it’s wide open for business; heaps of black currant and refreshing sweet notes from pear. The palate is super juicy thanks to some residual sugar from the pears, which makes this extremely quaffable. Acidity is low to medium, bitterness is low and fruit high. Carbonation is balanced for easy drinking. Your perfect summer flirt.
